2. On a foil lined baking sheet, evenly spread out brussels sprouts. Place in oven for 15 min.
3. Remove from oven and add apple and cranberry mixture to baking sheet with brussels sprouts. Stir to combine and place back in oven for an additional 15-20 min. or until brussels sprouts are brown and apples are tender.
