Creamy polenta with parmesan cheese and cream.
Prep time: 10 min.
Thaw in refrigerator.
1.In a large sauce pot, bring 2 1/4 cups of hot water to a boil. When water is boiling, gradually sprinkle in dry polenta mixture, stirring constantly. Lower heat to a simmer and stir polenta until thickened (3-4 min.).
2.Add bag of half & half and cheese to polenta and stir until cheese is melted.
3.Right before serving, remove polenta from heat aand season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve.
