Roasted Garlic Asparagus Medium

Perfectly seasoned asparagus spears best served with a char! These spears taste great grilled on a BBQ or broiled in the comfort of your home.

Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator
1.Remove asparagus from bag and pat dry.
2.Toss asparagus in oil and spice blend until fully coated
Oven:
3.Place asparagus on baking sheet in a single layer. Broil asparagus 5-6 minutes. Do not overcooked or the asparagus will become mushy.
Grill:
3. Place asparagus onto a large piece of aluminum foil. Fold up foil sides to create a lip, do not cover asparagus.
4.Place foil packet on grill and allow to cook for 7-8 minutes, toss with tongs to char to desired doneness.
