Fluffy cornbread muffins filled with cheddar cheese and corn kernels.
Prep time: 20-25 min.
Thaw in refrigerator.
1.Preheat oven to 375°F.
2.In a mixing bowl, combine wet and dry cornbread mix together and stir to combine.
3.Spray muffin tin with nonstick spray and evenly distribute cornbread batter into 6 muffin wells. Bake for 15-20 min. Remove from oven and allow to cool for 5 min.

1.Preheat grill to med. high heat. Spray cast iron skillet heavily with non-stick cooking spray.
2.In a mixing bowl, combine wet and dry cornbread mix together and stir to combine.
3.Pour cornbread mixture into skillet. Cover skillet with foil. Place skillet over indirect heat of grill. Cook for 20 min. Remove foil and cook for additional 10-15 min.
