Short cut pasta shaped like a large grain of rice, cook and easy to cook.
Prep time: 15-20 min.
1.In a sauce pot over med. heat, add 1 Tbsp. olive oil.
2.Then add the uncooked Orzo, and mix well to coat the pasta in oil. Stir continuously until the pasta is lightly golden brown, about 4 minutes.
3.Add in 1 1/2 cups of water and bring to a low boil, reduce the heat to low, cover and let simmer until all of the liquid is absorbed, about 15 minutes.
