1.Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray 8x8 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
2.Add egg and veggie mixture to the bottom of the baking dish. Sprinkle 1/4 tsp. of kosher salt on top of the mixture.
3.Tear French bread slices into bite-size pieces and evenly sprinkle over egg mixture.
4.Drizzle Alfredo sauce over bread and top with cheese blend.
5.Bake 40-45 min. until golden and bubbly. Serve and enjoy.
