COOK FROM THAWED:
1. Preheat oven to 375° F.
2. Remove lid and discard. Cover tightly with foil sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Cook covered on middle rack of oven for 40-45 min.
3. Remove foil and place pan on top rack of oven, cook for 7-10 min. until golden and cheese is bubbly.
COOK FROM FROZEN:
1. Preheat oven to 375° F.
