Chicken breasts sliced into tenders coated in a cornflake crust and baked to a perfect crunch. Served with dipping sauce.
Medium Prep time: 25-30 min.
Thaw in refrigerator.
1.Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray foil-lined baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
2.Using tongs, remove chicken breasts from marinade, discard marinade. Cut each chicken breast lengthwise into three strips. Add 1/2 tsp. of kosher salt to crumb mixture in bag. Place strips in crumb mixture bag. Seal bag and toss to coat.
3.Place coated chicken on baking sheet, leaving space between pieces. Sprinkle remaining crumb mix evenly over tops and press into chicken.
4.For golden brown, crispy chicken, spray tops with nonstick cooking spray and bake on bottom rack of the oven for 20-25 min. (internal temp. 165°F).
5.Serve with dipping sauce.
