St Louis Smokehouse Ribs- Medium

These ribs are open pit smoked to give you that fall-off-the-bone tenderness you’re looking for. Just grill or heat them up in the oven and serve at your next family barbeque or camping trip.

Prep time: 40-45 min.

Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator
Remove ribs from plastic, wrap in foil. NOTE: the ribs are pre-smoked and seasoned, but can be sauced if preferred.
OVEN: Preheat oven to 350°F, place on baking sheet, cook for 20 min. (Option: Open foil, brush with your favorite barbecue sauce and cook an additional 12-15 min. unwrapped.)
GRILL: Grill med-high heat for 20 minutes. (Option: Remove from foil, brush with your favorite barbecue sauce and cook an additional 5 minutes. Per side.)
