Cheese-filled ravioli and diced chicken are tossed with a creamy pesto sauce and topped with walnuts.
Medium Prep time: 10-15 min.
COOK FROM THAWED OR FROZEN.
THAWED
1.Bring a large, covered pot of water to boil over high heat, add ravioli and cook until most of the ravioli float to the surface, about 4-5 min. Drain and set aside.
2.Meanwhile, put chicken and sauce ingredients in a medium saute pan. Bring to boil over med heat. Reduce heat and simmer 2-3 minutes to thicken sauce and stir occasionally.
3.Add ravioli and toss gently to coat. Sprinkle with walnuts and serve.
FROZEN
