Medium Prep time: 20-25 min.
Thaw in refrigerator.
1.Rice: In saucepan add rice and 1 1/8 cups water. Bring to boil, stir once, cover and cook on low heat for 20-25 min. Fluff with fork.
2.Heat broiler to high.
3.Remove chicken from marinade. Discard marinade.
4.Broil on high 3-4 min. per side (internal temp. 165°F).
5.Meanwhile, add sauce to saucepan. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer 10-12 min. stirring occasionally.
6.Serve with sauce spooned over grilled chicken and rice.
