Thaw in refrigerator.
1.Add 1/4 tsp. of kosher salt to crumb mixture bag. Remove pork chops from bag with tongs. Place one at a time in crumb mixture bag and coat thoroughly, pressing mixture onto the pork chop.
2.Heat 1 Tbsp. olive oil in large nonstick saute pan over med. high heat.
3.Add pork chops to pan. Cook 3-4 minutes per side until coating turns golden brown and crispy (internal temp. 145°F).
*Overcooking will cause pork chops to be tough.

3.When the air fryer is ready, place pork chops into the prepared basket and spritz the top with oil. Cook for 5 minutes, flip the pork chops over, spritzing both sides with oil, then cook for an additional 5 minutes (internal temp. 145°F). Note: Overcooking pork chops will make them tough.
