Guest Favorite This saucy chicken dish blends the smoky taste of chipotle with the fresh and fruity sweetness of a ripe orange perfectly. Served over cavatappi pasta for a light dinner in 20 minutes.
Large Prep time: 20-25 min.
Thaw in refrigerator.
1.Fill large pot 3/4 full with water. Add 1 tsp. salt. Bring to boil, covered on high heat. Add pasta and reduce heat to med, cook 9-12 min. or until desired tenderness. Drain, and set aside.
2.Meanwhile, heat large frying pan with 1 Tbsp. olive oil over med heat; brown chicken 3-4 min. per side.
3.Add sauce to pan, bring to a boil, reduce heat to med and simmer 8-10 min. basting chicken often (internal temp. 165°F).
4.Remove chicken from pan (slice into strips if desired), add pasta to sauce in pan and toss. Top with chicken and serve.
