MAPLE VALLEY BONELESS PORK CHOPS WITH RICE PILAF

A quick and delicious dinner! Our moist tender boneless pork chops marinate in the abundant flavors of fall with maple, cider, mustard, herbs and onions. Ready to serve over our flavor packed Rice Pilaf, dinner is done in less than 30 minutes!

Medium Prep time: 25-30 min.

Medium Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator
Rice: In sauce pan, add rice and 1 1/8 cups water. Bring to boil, stir once, cover and cook on low heat for 20-25 min. Fluff with fork.
1. Remove chops from marinade; reserve marinade.
2. Heat pan over med heat. Spray with nonstick spray and sear pork chops for 2 min.
3. Turn pork chops over and add reserved marinade. Reduce heat to med-low and simmer, covered for 5 min.
4. Remove pork chops, and set aside. Increase heat to med. For 1-2 min. to thicken sauce. (Caution, do not heat longer than 2 minutes).
5. Serve chops with rice and drizzled with sauce.
