Thaw in refrigerator
1. Remove steaks from marinade and spread rub over both sides of each steak. Let rest 10 min.
2. Grill or broil 2-3 minutes, flip and continue cooking 2-3 minutes (until desired doneness).
3. Remove from heat, let rest 5 min. and serve.
