Guest Favorite Comfort food at its best! Crunchy pecans and crispy breadcrumbs coat these boneless pork chops marinated in a seasoned buttermilk mixture to moisten and slightly sweeten the entrée. A delicious dinner served with fluffy garlic mashed potatoes.
Thaw in refrigerator
1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Add pecans to crumb mixture.
3. Remove pork chops from marinade. Place 1-2 pork chops in crumb bag and thoroughly coat by pressing mixture into both sides. Place chops on sprayed baking pan. Sprinkle remaining crumbs evenly over chops.
4. Spray chops with pan spray. Bake for 15-20 min.
5. Meanwhile, heat potatoes in medium sauce pan over medium heat for 15-20 min., stirring often.
