Thaw in refrigerator
1. Preheat broiler or grill. Mix meat and bread crumb mixture in bag into mixing bowl.
2. Form into 6 patties (slightly thinner in the middle).
3. Broil or grill 6-7 minutes without flipping to help hold together. Then flip and continue cooking 4-5 min. (internal temp. 155°F.)
4. Toast buns during the last 2 minutes to golden brown under broiler or on grill.
5. Top each patty with 1 ½ Tbsp of Italian Sauce and 2 Tbsp. Mozzarella cheese. Serve on toasted buns.
