Brussels Sprouts coated in garlic and olive oil and oven-roasted until they are full of flavor.

Instructions

DO NOT THAW.
1.Preheat oven to 425°F.
2.Spread evenly on cooking sheet, roast in oven 20 min.
3.Toss sprouts on pan and bake additional 10-15 min. until they start to turn dark brown on the sides.
4.Use salt and pepper to taste.
