Guest Favorite Asian inspired aged sirloin steaks make this a favorite everywhere! These steaks are marinated in soy sauce, garlic, ginger, sesame and green onions, and then topped with a gorgeous salt and pepper wonton. This easy meal takes just 20 minutes.
Thaw in refrigerator
1. Pre-heat oven to 375°F. Place wontons on sprayed baking sheet and place ½ tsp. of oil mixture on each wonton, spread to cover entire wonton.
2. Bake for 5-6 minutes, until lightly brown and crispy. Remove and set aside.
3. Meanwhile, remove steaks from marinade (discard any remaining marinade). Grill or broil steaks 3-5 minutes, turn steaks and continue cooking 2-3 minutes or until desired doneness.
4. Let steaks rest 5 minutes, serve steaks with wonton crisps.
