Roasted Heirloom Potatoes
Roast in your oven, this perfect blend of Yukon Golds, Purple Potatoes, Red Potatoes, and Sweet Potatoes with our seasoning blend.
Prep time: 30-35 min.
Instructions
Thaw in refrigerator.
1.Preheat oven to 425°F.
2.Shake bag of potatoes to blend, spread potato mixture on baking sheet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
3.Roast for 30-35 min. or until potatoes are brown and crispy.
Grill Instructions
Thaw in refrigerator.
1.Preheat grill to med. high heat.
2.Shake bag of potatoes to blend, transfer potato mixture to a foil sheet and close to make a enclosed pouch.
3.Grill potatoes in foil pouch 8-10 min. per side.
4.Let rest for 5 min. before serving.
