1.Preheat broiler or grill. Remove steaks from marinade.
2.Broil or grill steaks on med-high heat 4-6 min. per side or to desired doneness. Remove from heat and let steaks rest 4-5 min.
3.Meanwhile, add wild mushroom sauce to small sauce pan. Simmer 4-5 min., whisking often, until sauce thickens and starts to glisten.
4.Drizzle steaks with sauce and serve.
