Medium Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator.
*Prepare Sweet Potato Fries per separate cooking instructions provided.*
1.Preheat broiler to med. high.
2.Add 1/2 tsp. of kosher salt to Campfire rub bag and massage to combine. Add pork chops, reseal, and shake bag to coat completely.
3.Broil pork chops 3-4 min. per side (internal temp. 145°F). Rest 5 min. before serving with Sweet Potato Fries.
NOTE: Overcooking will cause pork chops to be tough.
