Beef and Broccoli Bowl

Guest Favorite Global Flavors: Seasoned beef sirloin and broccoli florets cooked in an Asian soy sauce and served over warm rice.

Large Prep time: 25-30 min.

Large Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator.
1.In sauce pot, add rice and 2 1/4 cup water. Bring to boil, stir once, cover and cook on low heat for 15-20 min.
2.Add broccoli to top of rice (do not stir). Cover and allow to steam for an additional 5 min. Remove broccoli from rice and set aside to keep warm.
3.Meanwhile, in a large sauté pan over med-high heat, add marinated sliced sirloin and cook 6-7 min. stirring frequently to break up sirloin and sauce begins to thicken.
4.To serve, spoon steak and sauce over rice and top with steamed broccoli.
