Portion control made easy with Dream Dinners!

I especially want to thank you for the help you have given to me and my husband. Since I have been coming to Dream Dinners on Granite Run, we are not only eating healthier, but we have lost weight. We have lost 70 pounds between the two of us. A lot had to do with portion control and using fresh ingredients. The three serving size I normally get for the two of us is dinner one day and lunch for my husband the next. The portions are perfect, just what the doctor ordered! It has been so easy to eat only what we should thanks to you and this wonderful concept. My husband is on a restricted salt diet and by being able to select what I put in my recipes, I can eliminate the salt. 

By preparing our meals ahead of time, with the freshest of ingredients, we can have a wonderful meal every day with very little effort and time. All of us lead busy lives and want to eat better, but must resort to fast food on many occasions. If you can spare an hour a month, you can prepare healthy food that can be dinner for weeks for you and your family in just minutes. Your selections each month are diversified and there is always something for everyone.
