Diced chicken and sirloin steak fajitas served with salsa, cheese, and flour tortillas.
Medium Prep time: 15-20 min.
Thaw in refrigerator.
1.Preheat a large skillet over high heat.
2.Place the contents of fajita seasoning bag into a small bowl. Add 1/4 tsp. of kosher salt to fajita seasoning and mix well.
3.Divide the fajita seasoning evenly between the chicken and vegetables bag and the sliced sirloin bag. Seal and massage to coat.
4.Add 1-2 Tbsp. of olive oil to heated skillet. Add chicken and vegetables to hot pan. Allow mixture to sizzle and brown, about 4-5 min. Push to one side of pan.
5.Add sliced sirloin to open space in pan and cook until just browned, about 3-4 min. (internal temp. 155°F).
6.Meanwhile, remove tortillas from bag and heat in microwave at 10 sec. intervals until warm to touch.
7.Remove sizzling fajita skillet from heat. Serve immediately with heated tortillas, cheese, and salsa.
