Thaw in refrigerator.
1.Add 1/4 tsp. of kosher salt to bag of seasoned panko mixture, shake bag to mix. Place pork chops in bag of seasoned panko, toss to coat both sides. Press mixture into sides.
2.Heat sauté pan over med heat with 2 Tbsp. olive oil. Cook pork chops 3-4 min. per side. NOTE: Overcooking pork chops will make them tough.
3.Enjoy!
