Creamy Chicken Risotto with Almond Green Beans

Creamy risotto with chicken, bacon, and vegetables topped with sliced almonds.

Medium Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator.
*Prepare Almond Green Beans per separate cooking instructions provided.*
1.In med-large sauce pan, add 2 cups water and bring to a boil.
2.Add the chicken and rice mixture, stirring occasionally until just bubbling. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 20-22 min.
3.Add sauce bag (without peas) and simmer, covered for 5-7 min. until rice is tender. Remove from heat.
4.Stir in pea mixture until well combined. Place in serving dish, top with almonds and serve with Almond Green Beans.

Prep time: 25-30 min.
