Curry Chutney Shrimp with Pita Bread

New Savory sweet curry shrimp with a cooling yogurt dip make the perfect quick weekday dinner or party appetizer.

Large Prep time: 15-20 min.

Large Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator.
1.Preheat oven to 425°F.
2.Meanwhile, spread curry shrimp evenly on a foil lined baking sheet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Bake shrimp for 5-7 min. or until shrimp is pink and cooked through. Wrap pita in foil and warm in oven while shrimp cooks.
3.While shrimp cooks, empty yogurt into dipping bowl. Add ½ of chutney blend into yogurt and stir well to combine. Place the remaining ½ of chutney blend into a separate mixing bowl.
4.Add hot cooked shrimp to mixing bowl with chutney blend, stir to coat shrimp evenly.
5.Serve curry chutney shrimp with yogurt dip and warm pita bread.
ENTERTAINING OPTION: cut pita into triangles and serve as an appetizer.
