Crispy French Onion Chicken with Oven Roasted Broccoli

Pre-Assembled Crispy chicken seasoned with garlic, and Worcestershire sauce and coated in a crispy French onion crust.

Medium Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator.
1.Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray 2 baking sheets with nonstick cooking spray.
2.Melt butter mixture in small sauce pan, heat on med. until warmed through. Remove from heat.
3.Place half of French fried onions in 3 piles on one baking sheet.
4.Using tongs, dip each piece of chicken in butter mixture, lay chicken on top of onions. Top with remaining French fried onions.
5.Place broccoli on second baking sheet.
6.Bake chicken and broccoli, for 15-20 min. (internal temp 165°F) stirring broccoli halfway through cook time.
7.Serve.
