Sizzling Chicken Fajitas with Cheese

Sweet peppers and onions with tender, seasoned chicken topped with melted cheese and served in warm flour tortillas with salsa.

Medium Prep time: 10-15 min.

Medium Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator.
1.Heat large sauté pan over med-high heat, and spray with nonstick cooking spray. When hot, add the chicken and vegetables and ½ tsp. of kosher salt. Sauté 4-5 min. or until liquid evaporates. Turn the heat to high and cook, stirring constantly for 1-2 min. more.
2.Loosely wrap flour tortillas in a damp paper towel and microwave for 30 seconds.
3.Serve fajitas in warmed tortillas and top with shredded cheese and salsa.
