Lemon Feta Turkey Sliders with Crispy Shoestring Fries

Crowd Pleasers: Loaded with lemon and feta, our grilled turkey patties are topped with a garlic chive mayo and served on mini slider buns.

Medium Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator. *Prepare Crispy Shoestring Fries per separate cooking instructions provided.* 1.Preheat broiler or grill. 2.Place turkey mixture into mixing bowl with desired amount of red pepper flakes and combine until thoroughly blended. 3.Gently mix in feta cheese with burger mixture and form 6 small patties about ½-inch thick. Let patties rest 5 min. in the refrigerator. 4.Broil or grill turkey burgers 5-6 min. per side. (internal temp. 165°F.) 5.Toast buns under broiler or on grill (about 1 min.). 6.Top burgers with garlic and chive mayo and serve on toasted buns with Shoestring Fries.
