Roasted Sweet Potatoes

Garlic and herb roasted sweet potatoes are the perfect accompaniment to any meal.

Prep time: 20-25 min.

Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator.
1.Preheat oven to 375°F.
2.Add sweet potatoes and olive oil blend to a med. bowl, and toss to coat.
3.Place sweet potatoes in an even layer on sprayed baking sheet, and spray tops. Bake 18-20 minutes until sweet potatoes are golden brown and crisp.
