Sticky Ginger Turkey Meatballs with Sweet Gingered Carrots

Thaw in refrigerator.
*Prepare Sweet Gingered Carrots per separate cooking instructions provided*
1.Preheat oven to 400°F. Place turkey mixture into mixing bowl, stirring to combine. Firmly roll mixture into 12-14 golf ball-sized meatballs.
2.Place meatballs on a foil lined baking sheet and cook for 15-20 min. (internal temp 155°F).
3.Meanwhile, place ginger glaze in medium sauce paot and cook on med-high until sauce boils, reduce heat and simmer for 10 min.
4.Toss meatballs with ginger glaze and serve with Sweet Gingered Carrots.
