Steak and Chicken Fajitas

Steak and Chicken Fajitas

Pre-Assembled Diced chicken and sirloin steak fajitas fajitas served with sour cream, salsa, cheese, and tortillas.

Medium Prep time: 15-20 min.

Medium Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator.
1.Preheat a large skillet over high heat.
2.Add ¼ tsp. of kosher salt to fajita seasoning bag. Shake to combine.
3.Divide the fajita seasoning evenly between the chicken and vegetables bag and the sliced sirloin bag. Seal and massage to coat.
4.Add 1-2 Tbsp. of oil to heated skillet. Add chicken and vegetables to hot pan. Allow mixture to sizzle and brown, about 4-5 min. Push to one side of pan.
5.Add sliced sirloin to open space in pan and cook until just browned, about 3-4 min. (internal temp 155°F).
6.Meanwhile, remove tortillas from bag and heat in microwave at 10 sec. intervals until warm to touch.
7.Remove sizzling fajita skillet from heat. Serve immediately with heated tortillas, sour cream, cheese, and salsa.
