Slow Cooked BBQ Beef

Fast Lane On the Road Again: Tender ranch steaks slow cooked in a flavorful tomato based sweet BBQ sauce.

Medium Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator.
STOVETOP:
1.Heat heavy bottomed saucepan over med-high heat with 1 Tbsp. olive oil. Brown steaks 3-4 min. per side.
2.Pour in sauce and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer, covered for 2 to 2 1/2 hours. Turn meat over every 1/2 hour.
3.Shred or slice beef and serve with remaining BBQ sauce for dipping.
CROCKPOT: Add steaks and sauce to crockpot. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.

Prep time: 2-2 1/2 hrs.
