Slow Cooked BBQ Beef with Baby Roasters

Tender ranch steaks slow cooked in a flavorful tomato-based sweet BBQ sauce. Served with Baby Roasters.

Medium Prep time: 2-2 1/2 hours

Medium Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator.
*Prepare Baby Roasters per separate cooking instructions provided.
1.Preheat a large pot over med. high heat and add 1 Tbsp. olive oil to pot. Remove steaks from package and salt to preference. Brown steaks 3-4 min. per side.
2.Pour in BBQ sauce bag and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer, covered for 2 to 2 1/2 hours. Turn meat over every 1/2 hour.
3.Shred or slice beef and serve with Baby Roasters and remaining BBQ sauce.
