Moroccan Beef Meatballs with Cranberry Almond Couscous

Pre-Assembled Moroccan-inspired ground beef meatballs seasoned with savory spices and served with a refreshing cranberry almond couscous salad.

Medium Prep time: 20-25 min.

Medium Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator.
1.Preheat oven to 375°F.
2.Place ground beef and meatball seasoning mixture into mixing bowl, stirring to combine. Firmly roll mixture into 12-14 golf ball-sized meatballs.
3.Place meatballs on a foil-lined baking sheet and cook for 15-20 min. (internal temp 155°F).
4.Bring 1 cup of water to boil in a med. sized pot. Add couscous, cover and remove from heat. Allow to sit for 10 min. then fluff with fork.
5.Add couscous dressing, sliced almonds, and cranberries to cooked couscous and stir to fully combine.
6.To serve, evenly divide couscous mixture among plates and top with meatballs.
