Savory Meatballs with Cranberry and Almond Couscous

New Global Flavors: Moroccan-inspired ground beef meatballs seasoned with savory spices and served with a refreshing cranberry almond couscous salad.

Medium Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator.
1.Preheat oven to 375°F.
2.Place ground beef and meatball seasoning mixture into mixing bowl, stirring to combine. Firmly roll mixture into 12-14 golf ball-sized meatballs.
3.Place meatballs on a foil lined baking sheet and cook for 15-20 min. (internal temp 155°F).
4.Meanwhile, bring a pot of 1 cup of water to boil. Add couscous and cook for 10 min. Remove from heat and allow to sit for 3-5 min. and then fluff with fork.
5.Add couscous dressing, sliced almonds, and cranberries to cooked couscous and stir to fully combine.
6.To serve, evenly divide couscous mixture among plates and top with meatballs.

Prep time: 20-25 min.
