Guest Favorite Our fresh take on Shepherd’s pie is filled with diced chicken, celery, carrots, apples, and cranberries. Topped with mashed potatoes and baked.

Medium Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator.
1.Preheat oven to 400°F.
2.In a large sauté pan, add harvest chicken mixture and 1/4 tsp. kosher salt. Cook mixture for 4-5 min. or until apples and vegetables soften. If desired, cut apples into bite-sized pieces. Drain any remaining liquid.
3.Pour in sauce, reduce heat to medium, simmer until liquid is almost gone.
4.Meanwhile, place mashed potatoes in medium sauce pan over med. heat, stirring frequently until heated through and smooth, 7-10 min.
5.Spray 8x8" baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Add harvest chicken mixture to bottom of pan. Remove bay leaf. Top with mashed potatoes and spread evenly over bottom mixture.
6.Bake uncovered 15-20 min., or until golden and bubbly.

Prep time: 30-35 min.
