Bacon Popper Chicken with Summer Grilled Vegetables

In this foil-pack dinner, enjoy chicken breasts topped with a cream cheese mixture, bacon, and optional jalapeño.

Medium Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator.
*Prepare Summer Grilled Vegetables per separate cooking instructions provided.*
1.Preheat oven or grill to 400°F.
OVEN BAKED: On a foil-lined baking sheet sprayed with nonstick spray, arrange chicken breasts in a row and season with salt and pepper. Spread 1/3 of cream cheese mixture over each chicken breast. Layer sliced jalapeño, if desired. Top with bacon and cheese. Place in oven and cook for 20-25 min. or until cooked through (internal temp 165°F.)
FOIL-PACK: Cut a 12-inch square sheet of foil. To one side of square, add 1 chicken breast and season with salt and pepper. Spread 1/3 of cream cheese mixture over chicken breast. Layer sliced jalapeño, if desired. Top with bacon and cheese. Fold foil over and seal edges. Repeat with remaining chicken breasts.
FOIL-PACK GRILL: Turn down direct heat to low and place directly on grill and cook 15-20 min. (internal temp 165°F.)
