Creamy Dijon Chicken over Egg Noodles

Medium Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator.
1.Bring a large covered pot of water to a boil, add noodles and cook for 6-7 min. Drain and set aside.
2.Meanwhile, preheat a large sauté pan over med-high heat and add 1 Tbsp. of olive oil to pan. Season chicken breasts with desired amount of salt and pepper. Add seasoned chicken to heated pan.
3.Cook chicken breasts for 4-5 min. per side, until the chicken is cooked through (internal temp. of 165°F.)
4.Remove cooked chicken and set aside. To the same pan, add butter and flour mixture. Whisk for 3 min., butter should melt completely, and the mixture should look like a paste.
5.Add Dijon sauce and 1 cup of water. Whisk together for 3-4 min. until sauce begins to thicken. Add chicken breasts back into sauce and simmer for 4-5 min.
6.Evenly distribute egg noodles into bowls, top with chicken breast and sauce. Serve.
