Southwest Chicken with Flame Roasted Corn

Guest Favorite An aromatic blend of Southwest spices rubbed on all-natural chicken breasts kicks up the heat on this quick-and-easy dinner.

Medium Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator.
*Prepare Flame Roasted Corn per separate cooking instructions provided.*
1.Thoroughly combine rub ingredients in bag. Remove chicken from bag, place on a plate and pat dry with paper towels.
2.Sprinkle approx. 1 tsp. of seasoning on each side of chicken and rub.
3.Heat large saute pan over med heat with 2 Tbsp. olive oil; brown chicken 5-7 min. per side (internal temp 165°F) or grill on med-high.
4. Remove from heat and let rest 5 min. before serving.

Prep time: 20-25 min.
