Thaw in refrigerator.
1.Preheat oven to 400°F.
2.Remove lid and discard. Gently massage egg bag and pour evenly over potato mix.
3.Cover with foil sprayed with nonstick cooking spray and bake 20-25 min.
4.Remove foil and bake an additional 10-15 min., or until eggs are set and top is golden brown.
5.Remove from oven and let rest 5 min. before cutting.
