Thaw in refrigerator.
STOVETOP:
1.Heat large sauté pan on med-high heat on stovetop, add 1 Tbsp. olive oil and cauliflower mixture. Cook 4-5 min to brown cauliflower.
2. Add spiced sauce and desired amount of chili garlic sauce to cauliflower, stir to combine. 3.Reduce heat to low, cover with lid and let simmer 15-20 min., stirring once halfway through.
CROCKPOT:
1.Add cauliflower mixture, spiced sauce, and desired amount of chili garlic sauce to crockpot on low heat, stir to combine. Cover with lid and let cook 2-3 hours.
TO SERVE:
Wrap pita in a damp paper towel and warm in microwave in 10 second bursts. Serve spiced cauliflower and chickpeas with warm pita bread.
