Fluffy eggs with ham, green peas, and cheddar cheese in a buttery pie crust.
Medium Prep time: 45-55 min.
Thaw in refrigerator.
DO NOT THAW PIE SHELL
1.Preheat oven to 375°F.
2.Preheat a medium sauté pan, add ham, peas, and onions, sauté for 4-5 min.
3.Meanwhile, remove pie shell from packaging and place on baking sheet.
4.Add cooked ham, peas, and onions to the bottom of the pie shell. Sprinkle 2/3 of shredded cheese on top. Slowly add egg mixture, until mostly full, do not overfill pie shell. Top with remaining shredded cheese.
5.Bake for 35-40 min. until the center is completely set when gently shaken. Let cool for 5-10 min. before slicing and serving.
