Pre-Assembled Delicious pork tenderloin topped with apricot compound butter.
Thaw in refrigerator.
1.Preheat oven to 425°F. Spray foil-lined baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Heat a sauté pan over med-high heat.
2.Add 1 Tbsp. olive oil to pan and sear tenderloin in preheated pan for 3-5 min. per side. Transfer to foil-lined baking sheet and place in oven.
3.Bake tenderloin in oven for 25-30 min.
4.Meanwhile, massage apricot butter to recombine.
5.Remove tenderloin from oven (internal temp. of 145°F) and let rest 5 min.
6.Slice tenderloin into 1/2" slices and top with apricot butter. Enjoy!
