Cheese Stuffed Turkey Burgers on Pretzel Buns with Fries

Turkey burgers with a hint of sun-dried tomato, stuffed with mozzarella and topped with a basil pesto mayo on pretzel buns. Served with Salt & Pepper Fries.

Medium Prep time: 30-35 min.

Medium Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator.
*Prepare Salt & Pepper Fries per separate cooking instructions provided.*
1.Preheat broiler.
2.Place ground turkey mixture into mixing bowl and combine until thoroughly blended.
3.Portion meat into 3 pieces and roll into balls. Press 1 Tbsp. mozzarella into center and form 3 large patties about ½ inch thick, making sure to seal the cheese inside the meat.
4.Let rest on baking sheet for 5-10 min. in refrigerator.
5.Broil turkey burgers 5-6 min. per side (internal temp. 165°F).
6.Toast buns under broiler (about 1 min.).
7.Top burgers with basil pesto mayo and serve on pretzel buns with Salt & Pepper Fries.
