1.Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Massage marinated chicken in bag.
2.Evenly distribute herb breading into 3 piles on baking sheet. Remove chicken from marinade. Using 1 chicken breast per pile, press into breading to coat both sides.
3.For golden brown crispy chicken, spray tops of chicken heavily with nonstick cooking spray.
4.Bake chicken on top rack of oven for 20-25 min. (internal temp. 165°F).
5.Serve chicken with San Francisco Vegetable Blend.
