Beach Street Shrimp Scampi with Rice

Guest Favorite Sweet, tender shrimp and artichoke hearts are sautéed in a special blend of spicy marinara and sweet orange sauce served over rice.

Medium Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator.
1.In a small saucepan, add rice and 1 1/8 cup water. Bring to boil, stir once, cover and cook on low heat for 20-25 min. Fluff with fork.
2.In large saute pan over med-high heat, add sauce and bring to boil. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer additional 3-5 min., stirring occasionally.
3.Meanwhile, drain and rinse shrimp, add to sauce and sauté shrimp just until they start to turn pink, 1-2 min. Overcooking shrimp will cause shrimp to be tough.
4.Serve shrimp and sauce over rice.
