Oven Baked Almond Chicken

Guest Favorite Treat your family to crispy, almond baked chicken that is so nice and easy. All you do is coat the chicken breasts in a golden crust of almonds and bake for 20-25 minutes. Kids and adults love it because it comes with a special sweet and sour dipping sauce.

Medium Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator
1. Preheat oven to 375F. Spray baking sheet with cooking spray
2. Combine almonds to crumb mixture. Using tongs remove chicken from marinade. Dip 1-2 chicken breasts in crumb mixture at a time to thoroughly coat both sides. Place coated chicken on sprayed baking sheet.
3. Top with remaining crumb mixture. Spray top of chicken with non-stick cooking spray.
4. Bake, uncovered at for 15-20 min. (internal temp. 165F).
5. Serve with dipping sauce.

Prep time: 20-25 min.
