Guest Favorite This single pan meal is quick and easy. Tender white chicken and smoked sausage with garlic rice, sweet red peppers, artichoke hearts and fire roasted tomatoes create a traditional Spanish classic that looks beautiful on any dinner table.

Medium Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator.
1.Place rice, meat and sauce in medium saute pan.
2.Bring to boil over med-high heat, stir to mix and cover with lid.
3.Reduce heat to low. Simmer, covered, 20-25 min.
4.Remove from heat, fold in peas, re-cover and let rest 8-10 min.
